1) Once your application has been accepted create a journal for your character using the template “afm_[your character’s first name here]”. If your character already has a journal name created for him/her, the mods will let you know of the account name and password upon acceptance into AFM.

2) Request to join the following communities:

aftermidnight,

aftermpast,

afterm_ooc and

aftermsummary.

3) Use the ‘Friend All’ button, which is located HERE.

4) Introduce yourself and your character in

afterm_ooc and get to know the other players and their characters. This is also a great time to set up some initial character plot and in-game character history.

5) Please make sure to post at least your character information in your journal. Make this accessible to all AFM members. Feel free to copy/paste this information from your application!

6) Post to your character’s journal (after January 1st) and let the fun begin!
